The Finance and Operation Intern will assist the Finance and Operations team in carrying out the department’s daily operational activities. As the finance intern of the department.

He/She will be supporting the team in ensuring that; Petty cash reconciliations are done weekly, office logistics monitoring and control, and anyother related task as maybe from time to time assigned.

A Finance and Operations Intern will also be assisting the team in handling some of the administrative duties and any other task as may be assigned by his/her line manager.

• Assist in the reconciling the office petty cash voucher with the expenses mad.
• Assist in keeping updated records and files, also monitoring office car sheet and expenses made.
• Regular update of the office assets register.
• Administrative duties.
• Providing support to the procurement activities.
• Coordinate repairs of office equipment.
• Maintains stock list and manage supplies when needed.
• Prepare minutes of the meetings for the office.
• Oversee the office stationeries, Scanning and Printing of documents in the office.
• Monitors and coordinate the transport department. This includes team meetings and conveying information from senior management to the transport team.

• Minimum HND in Accounting, Finance or it’s equivalent.
• Any relevant work experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and people handling skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• To be a proactive forward thinker that takes initiative and acts with a sense of urgency.
• Committed to continuous education and learning through workshops, seminars and conferences.
