Human Resources Intern (NYSC)

We are looking for an HR intern to join our team who will assist HR in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. He/She will be responsible for supporting administrative tasks in the Human Resources department, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. This role also includes assisting in recruiting, and employee development, and supporting HR policies and procedures.

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Managing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
• Oversee and manage a performance that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Management reports and provides decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Handle employee relations issues.
• Any other duties assigned by management

• A Diploma in Human Relations or a related field is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
